We provide 2 sizes of enclosed units for medium needs, 10 x10’, to a large garage-style unit, 10 x 20’, for furniture, vehicles, or business inventory.

2. How do I know what size unit I need?

We can help you choose the right size based on what you’re storing. We also offer a size guide to make estimating easy.

3. Do you offer climate-controlled units?

No

4. Is the facility secure?

Absolutely. Our facility features 24/7 security cameras, gated access, and bright lighting. Only authorized customers can enter the property.

5. Can I access my unit anytime?

We offer hours of operation, which does not include 24 hour access at this time.

6. How do I rent a storage unit?

You can reserve a unit through phone call to us or sending us an email request to get things started. Renting a unit takes just a few minutes.

7. Do I need a long-term contract?

No. All rentals are month-to-month, so you can store your belongings for as long as you need.

8. What items are not allowed in storage units?

We do not allow hazardous materials, flammable items, perishable food, or anything illegal.

9. Do you sell packing and moving supplies?

No we do not but we do offer pallets for sale at a low cost to help keep your items off the concrete in the rare case unit would flood.

10. Do I need insurance for my stored items?

We recommend having insurance for added protection. Many homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policies cover items in storage so check with your insurer. Our insurance covers a catastrophic events like fire, tornado etc.

11. Can I switch to a different size later?

Yes. If your needs change, you can easily transfer to a larger or smaller unit at any time.

12. How do I pay for my unit?

We accept online payments, autopay, making it easy to stay on top of your rental.[We will work with customers if other payment options are needed]
